Red face LinITX 7" screen = embarrassing problem

Hi

I have a bit of a big embarrassing problem

A number of years ago I striped down my LinITX 7" screen and something happened that I stopped my work on it and never placed it back together

I come today to put it back together and I can’t remember how it went all back in.

Does any one know where I can get a picture or something of the inside of one, I have looked but couldn’t find one

DaveMark might be your friend, he did have some pics when he sold his in bits. Although I seem to recall he said he lost em.

However if it just where the wires go, if you post pictures of what you got I might be able to help as I have been playing with the innards for my headrest screens and might be able to remember where which wire goes.

Also posting this on DC might be a bit more useful as morepeople are likely to have the Linitx monitors there.

Also Chris from Linitx might be able to help as well.

Thanks for that I found a pic on there that did the job well apart from my ribon cable coming off the touchscreen so thats broke

you wouldnt know if theres anyway of fixing them back on?

I was going to see if I could solder it on or some IDE ribbon cable but not sure if that would work
