Planning to install this HP Touchscreen on my RV using FE software. Will it work?

sure will, as long as the front end is compatable with whatever operating system you choose. I saw a commercial for those things earlier this week, and my friend bought one...best response i have ever seen out of a touch screen.

many RVs have ac lines that run off of a seperate battery system, so he should be allright with it.
