Anyone got a VM84? I need a picture...

I took apart my VM84 touchscreen (love it by the way) and cut a lot of the bezel away to mold it directly into my dash without the back or any of that junk.

Anyway, I need to know which way the touchscreen goes in normally! Does the connector stick out of the right or left side of the screen? I don't want to put it in upside down because there are inactive regions on the edges of the screen.

RanDJ8487 is an unknown quantity at this point
Judging by your picture from your worklog:


It appears the buttons are on the right and the ribbon comes out of the left (by perspective of the picture)

Ahh yes, but that's how I reassembled it without knowing whether it should truly come out of the right or left side. That side seems to make the most sense but I'm not sure how the original boards were set up on the inside of the case (which is now gone)...

I'm going to just keep it this way I guess, thanks for paying attention though!
