Big touchscreen calibration problems

I just can figure out what the problem can be.

Since a couple of weeks I have problems whit my touchscreen calibration.
First is started with minor errors. If I wanted to use a button I needed to touch a couple of cm next to it to make it work.
Calibrating the screen solved the problem.

Suddenly I started to have more problem, specially after waking up from hibernation.
Using CF is I wanted to for example close one screen the screen would dimm (button next to the close one)
I looks like the right side of my screen would not react like it should.
Left side worked well.

Yesterday I had to calibrate my screen several times because after it was done I wanted to close the touchscreen program I saw that pressing one point made the mouse go to an other different part of the screen

I already tried different drivers, but non of those solved the problem.

TFT plus touchkit are installed in my home made bezel.
Nothing had been changed from the moment that problem started.

I already took the screen out and installed to see if that would made the problem go away, but that didn't.

What more can I do to solve this (I wonder if buying a new touchkit is a good idea??)

Make sure to clear the settings before you re-calibrate. Make sure the screen isn't too tight in the bezel. Check USB connections. Try with a mouse by itself.

Already done everything thats mentioned here. Today I also tried the repair methode showed in one of this topics (using a flame)

I must say that screen reacts much better now. Looking at the touchscreen kit it self I could see that the layer on top of it was not very good attached to the glass (not the LCD screen it self)

In about 2 weeks we are going on holidays whit the car and need to have a good reacting touchscreen so I orderd a new touch-kit at ebay.

Good to know that eeepc TS kit fits on our screens they are cheapest ones.
Today I found how to correct calibrate the screen and I hope it will be saved for long time otherwise i'll also buy a eeepc TS kit.
What I did to correct calibrate were clicking in the oposite side where the screen was shown that it was calibrated.
