Lilliput EBY701-NP/C/T

Hi all,

Received my EBY701-NP/C/T this morning, from Lilliput (UK). I talked to the guy at Lilliput before ordering and I was told that new EBY701 is based on the same LED panel as 619 AND 629 with improved 500:1 contrast and 400 cm/m2 brightness. Here I'm a little confused - How can I make sure that it has LED backlit panel? The User manual doesn't say anything about it.

Another thing, the manual still say the brightness is 350 cm/m2 and the contrast 200:1, as previous. Is there way I can check the physically on the screen?

I had this same problem. I found out it wasn't LED when I cracked open the case. Otherwise I don't know how to tell...
