power an LG LCD screen?

Hi for my carputer project i've got a 15" LCD screen from LG that is a bit old. link to info. http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/tft-monitor/lg-563le/details/

i,ve got a converter box and cord with it for 230v ac that converts to 12v dc to have at home,
my question is if i need a voltage stabilizor to put it in the car
or just can put 12v directly from the car into the screen that can alter between 11v-14v? will that destroy the screen or doesn't it matter because it's not that sensitive to voltage?
