7" Kenwood Touchscreen Question?

I recently boguht the 7" touchscreen tv from kenwood and i am waiting for it to come in..i was wonderin where i go to get drivers for the screen so i can use the touchscreen with windows when i hook my computer up to it..or do i not need drivers? someone help me out here..this is for my senior project in school and i need to learn fast because its due soon..My stuff shoudl be here anyday..please help

As for as I know you can not use the touchscreen with a PC

you can definitely get the 7" in-dash touchscreen lcd from that guy that posts on here for $350 (245+105)...but i doubt a kenwood touchscreen will work...for it to work, it'll have to have a touchscreen output that goes to computer and computer drivers so that the computer will know you are touching the screen and what to do

yeah... you can't use it with computer. That screen is for dvd play back and watching tv. But you can use the touchscreen w/ Kenwood's navigation system though.

are these screens better then the kenwood touchscreen..like can i play computer games on it, watch dvds, etc with perfect quality..

I believe those 7" In-dash touchscreen lcd for $350 take composite video or s-video signal. Therefore, you will not be able read small text clearly. It all depends on what you are looking to play, whether the game has a lot of text or not.

true... Just for reference, 12 point font @ 640X480 was difficult to read
