well im building a carputer with a friend of mine in our electronics engineering program at school. we're on a tight budget and cant seem to find a reasonably priced touch screen monitor. i have found one screen i like that i was told it was a touch screen but im not sure if it is or not. can anyone here tell me if it is or not?
