tv selection with this graphics card

i boguht one of these graphic cards off of ebay and was wonderin what tvs would be good to buy for it.

i need about a 7" w/touchscreen or withotu touchscreen to read the text fro tmhe computer/awsome game play and awsome dvd play from the computer..someone help me out PLEASE

It's not a graphics card, it's a TV tuner card. You can't plug a screen into it.
