8" LCD touchscreen with LED backlight

Hi,
Im looking for new 8" LCD because my 1 year old CTF-800 is TOO HOT and have big problems when outside is little colder wearther(-5°C)
What Im looking:
-Size: 8" touchscreen
-If is possible then I would like have widescreen(16:9)
-LED backlight (Because is colder than normal)
-It can be TMR or transreflective but is not so important
-Operating temperature from -10°C(can be lower too -20°C) to 50°C or more
-Can be open frame or in normal case

So can someone help me with right choise?
Thanks.

The Xenarc 700TSV CCFL does all that so I assume the LED version they have would work better.

It does. I have it. And I bet the cost of your new carputer that it gets colder here than it does in Slovenia.

The 705TSV does, should work in the same temperatures.

"should work in the same temperatures" doesn't mean nothing. Why? If LCD will not turn on when outside temp will be -10 or -20°C what can I do? I can't return LCD because they are write that work from -5°C to 70°C...
I have CTF-800 and it doesn't work below 0°C(light just flashing) and I can't do nothing because in manual write that work from 0°C to 50°C...
So Im loking for LCD where manufacturer "provide" me that will work at -10°C or beter -20°C...

BTW 705TSV is 7"

The 8" Lilliput model is 889GL-80NP/C/T, you will see them on ebay stating they now have a LCD backlight instead of CCF (it's widescreen format like the CTF-800).

Im receive answer from lilliput:
Our item 889gl-80npct (8" 16:9 lcd vga touchscreen pc monitor,if you need the 8" 4:3,you can choose 859gl-80npct) the operating temperature will be -15 °C t0 60°C,( but the -20°C -70 °C is Critical point).

So I think 889gl-80npct is right choise for me

Good luck. However after reading these forums for 3 years, I've seen many more complaints about the Lilliputs not turning on in even mild temperatures where my Xenarc and many like mine work in temperatures 40-50 below. I just hope it works out for you, maybe the newer technology fixed this.
