need some monitor "glass" dimentions
i need the overall "glass" dimentions as HxWxD (height x width x depth) so i can moch up a piece of plexi glass or polycarbonate to stand in as a model for design as money is really tight, but i dont want that to stand in the way of fiberglassing as i already have all the fiberglass materials
the depth would be from the front of the screen to the thickest point of anything else that is mounted to the back of the screen (like the screen was laying flat on a table face down, and the highest point, including any plastic that is attached, would be the over all depth)
i need these screen dimentions of bare glass monitors (the screen without the stock plastic case) please include the make/model and the actual screen manufacturer (if possible/listed), ie: LILLIPUT 619 - HITACHI
7" 16:9 wide
8" 4:3 standard
8" 16:9 wide
10" 4:3 standard
10" 16:9 wide
if anyone could get those dimentions for me that would be awesome... i would prefer inches as exact as possible- rounded to the largest 1/32, if not then millimeters would suffice rounded to the next whole millimeter
now that warmer weather is here i can start fabricating my dashboard on my HHR, im hoping to get at least enough done that all i have to do is get a monitor, take it apart, install it and be done, all i need is some dimentions so i can start laying out the foam, base and fiberglass
