Eby701 no input signal back and forth

I did do some research on this subject, what ****es me off about my EBY701 is how it switches back and forth from that blue screen to the bios post , to the blue screen to the OS booting and back and forth for about 5 times. Im thinking of using some sort of a timed relay to kick on the EBY701 after like 10 seconds or something, anyone know where I can buy one?

same happens to me. i dont remember it happening with windows xp though. the screen likes to go in and out with many applications... i worry someday it will just go out.
