USB monitors?!

Has anyone considered or is currently using a USB monitor for their car PC, such as the ones made by Mimo? (or samsung u70) http://www.mimomonitors.com/
I realize the brightness and viewing angle arent terrific, but ease of use and price are unbeatable even on the touchscreen models. any useful feedback?
