I am so happy with my Screen !!!
hey Guy's
Just had to tell you how happy with my 7 inch screen I am. It is a TM-701L 7" with touch screen. Originally I was tossing up between VGA and Composite, I suppose the price got me in the end.
I am so happy with my choice. Digitalww was a pleasure to deal with, arrived in less than 4 days !!!!!!!
There is no problem reading text 640*480 and 800*600. I have not changed the font size.
I am using MYHTPC for my interface.
Arby's Winamp skin looks great too.
I originally powered it up with a GF2 MX 200 and it looked great, then I tryed my new GF4 (The cheap one) cost 99$AUD and the picture quality was far better.......... My GPS maps look great too.
I tryed taking pics but they suck!!!!!!
Touch screen is great too !
I am happy to answer any questions you guys have about this screen.

Hey, that is so cool that you are happy with your screen. Armen is a really nice guy.
I have a few questions: Is the image filling up the whole wide screen? if so, are you using powerstrip? How is the brightness during the day? is it readable enough?

Yeah, I actually have the same screen, just installed it yesterday, but I can't seem to get it to fill the whole screen. I use 800X600 resolution and the vertical part does fill the whole screen. What do i do? Powerstrip does not work. XP won't let me update my drivers, it says my old monitor drivers are better than the ones i'm trying to install. Any help?

I have the same screen too. What I did to fill the screen was I set my video card to 800x600 PAL mode. There is a bit of clipping (top and bottom) but it much better then a partial empty screen. I have a Radeon 7000. Also the text is a bit better to read too. Check out the picture. http://upload.nowherenews.com/files/70684092.jpeg

Canada use NTSC too. Your screen will support PAL and NTSC. I am not sure if your laptop video card support PAL output. If it does you can go into display property and look for a setting that will switch to PAL.

Ok, I make my own INF file, correct??? I put 800x640 as the resolution. I leave everything else the same. Then I go to device manager, and down to monitors, and then I right click the defalt monitor icon and click properties and then upgrade drivers. It asks where the drivers are, i point it to the new .inf file i made with powerstrip, then it says that the drivers i have for the monitor are better than the ones i'm trying to install. Am i doing something wrong??? Please help!!!!
I have dell laptop with ati mobility 8mb graphics card.

I have the EPIA 800 which has a crappy video but my screen is "almost" completely filled. So Im happy for now =).
Anyone have a picture of how Armen installed the usb boards on his screens? I ordered my screen + tsk separately so I had to do somethiing creative to make it work.

I am glad you like it. Take some pictures of your set up and I will post them on our website. And this goes for everybody - if you bought some thing from us and have pictures of your set ups I would love to see them and post them on the website.

I got all the pictures of the installation organized in this "how to" (still writing the text ) http://www.digitalww.com/TouchKitInstalation.htm but you can see the idea. This will be the most ultimate way to run all the wires for a clean look and it work perfectly.

I don't use powerstrip or TV tool, so my image does not fill the whole screen. However I can get a pretty decent fit using the nView tools that Nvidia provide. I just waiste small parts of the sides.
