help finding an av multi cord for psone

i have a psone lcd screen and im looking to hook it up to my PS2, but id rather have it be able to hook up to any RCA outputting source... and i have looked all over and researched but i cant seem to find nething, so can anyone help me in finding either:

-a long cable with av multi input on one end and av multi output on the other end so i can hook one end up to me ps2 and the other to the psone screen

or preferably

-an adaptor that takes an RCA input and turns it to an av multi output

i just realized there is a 1/8" AV input in the LCD as well, so a perfect adaptor would be a female RCA with a male 1/8" mini
