dscustoms vga question

hey guys i got this screen finally like last week and its amazing....but there is one minor quirk with it. . . .are you guys able to access the bioscreen and stuff cause with mine the picture is all distorted and everything and non readable until windows starts loading up. i wanna know if this is a defect or something before i start hacking up this lcd for some custom work

The Bios screen and boot screen all look fine on mine.
What MB are you using?

my friend used to have this problem with his dell display with the DVI input, i think its a timing issue
