TFT LCD + Magnets = good or bad?

will magnets hurt tft lcds? mainly 7" xenarc touchscreen models???

I second that - actually in some cases magnets placed next to coils of wire will act as a filter.

tryed and tested.... my room mate had a 'cow magnet', strong as hell, use to help cows pass small metal objects that they have ate. anyways we were having a good time bending the image on his CRT, and then we tryed my LCD; no such luck
