Where the heck can you buy lcd controllers? I cant seem to find a place where i can purchase lcd controllers for my panels. any suggestions?

doesnt matter it its crap, i got it free anyway, so i can experiment with it, imodel number (ithink) CU211-5J1-5

on another note, most lcd controllers ive seen were pci cards, what type of hardware do you need to setup the lcd to just plug into your vga output of your video card, like an lcd moniter out of a store...
