fuzzy video from shuttle fv24

Hi,

I have a shuttle fv24 that I have hooked into my TV at home using an NTSC cable. When I do this, the video on the TV is fuzzy, bad enough that I can barely read most words in IE on it. I'm running windows XP on it. Shuttle doesn't have any video drivers for XP on their site for it, and I tried the S3 driver at https://ranger.s3graphics.com/370drv/ l/p: archive and I didn't get any picture at all when hooked to my TV or a CRT monitor when using that driver, couldn't roll it back, and had to format and start over.

So any suggestions on things to try to clear up the fuzzy video so I can read words on the screen?
