Is this a complete in dash LCD setup

I want a 7" VGA LCD monitor with touchscreen to mount in the dash on a 2000 expedition. Here is the link:

http://www.digitalww.com/VGA_VIDEO_MODULE.htm

Does this include EVERYTHING? It's just strange that this is only $380 but their other 7" touchscreen is $580. I wonder why this one is so much cheaper?

-Thanks, AL

I have no idea where digitalWW is. They have an 847 area code (which means they are about a couple of miles away from me). I tried to call the 800 number. Told me it's disconnected 847 # does not answer and told me to leave a message. I tried to look them up on YP and they are not listed. I am not too happy.
