In Dash Pioneer Monitor

I Got a Couple of questions to make

1. Can you get the VGA output of your VGA Card and convert it to Svideo input can this be done or do you have to get a VGA Controller card for this

2. can you use the touch screen kit from Digitalww and put it in to the Pioneer In Dash Monitor

Thanks
Masterlp

The only card I have seen with this adaptor is a Matrox card. There may be others but I don't know of them.

If you can fit it in there, Yes. A TS can be mounted on your bum as long as it's calibrated correctly.

1. To convert VGA to Svideo you need a PC to TV converter. Or buy a video card that has svideo output built in.
2. Yes and No. Yes you can fit it in if you have the skill and the know how and the tools. No if you're just an average Joe. You're better off not even try it. Actually try it and let us know how it comes out. If you can get it to work and the monitor opens and closes correctly, YOU GOT SKILLS!! But If not, and you break your Pioneer monitor you fall in the average Joe category. Either way let us know.

it won't even be close...You won't get VGA quality unless you use a true VGA input. ie. Xenarc.

digitalww has one VGA input flip in dash LCD that's quite nice for 530. You should check that out instead of that pioneer LCD.
