I need help!

Ive wired up my LCD but it has a CSync input and I dont have a CSync output from my Videocard. I tried the Type that was used on The PSone Screens but that just didnt work.

I got a Sync output finally from my G400 but I have two problems, the Screen's colours are everywhere and Second is that the VideoCard Doesnt work with any version of Windows.
