help with LCD

I just got this LCD from ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=32826
and I cant get it to work on my computer. I got it to work on my TV. the video card i'm useing is a old viper v330 it has a tv out so I pluged the rca cable into it and all I get it junk on the screen. I tried powerstrip with no luck. can anybody help me. thanks.

Make sure have TV out enabled in your Viper's driver.

Curious, why are you using a screen with a giant broken spot? Are you planning to replace the LCD later (or have already)?

yes I have a new screen allready to put in. how do you turn on the tv out on my video card?

Settings
advanced tab
look somewhere in there for device selection.
tv out enable.

it's not there. I cant find drivers for this card to work on winxp I guess I will have to get a new card. inless I can figure out a way to hook it up to the vga port
