Angry How is Digitallww's (Armens) customer service?

I just got my tm-701l, I took the faceplate off to fit it in my dash when all of the sudden the screen slid out and put a nice one inch wide and a 1/4 inch scratch right in the middle of the screen. Im am sick about this scratch. Think Armen /can/will fix it? It is just the touch panel right? WIll he do anything about this kind of stuff?

I emailed him about 4 days ago when this happened and havent heard back since.

Once you talk to him you will realize that he is a good person....... just bogged down with the additional load.

just give him a call and if it goes to the voice mail try again.....

Although it would be a great thing for him to fix it, you must remember he is not obligated to as it was your fault. I emailed him a couple days ago and just got a response today. I didn't expect him to "work" on the weekends so I didn't get upset for not hearing back until today. I'm not sure if he's doing this as his primary income or just as a hobby, but I do know a lot of people have been jumping down his back lately. I do not know him and haven't talked to him other than about my order but I can see by reading his posts and feedback that he is trying to do the best service to the Car Computer environment as he can and he should get the credit he deserves--not flames and new threads about how someone hasn't heard from him in the past 5 minutes and that they want to cancel their order or what a bad person/company he is because of it. This isn't meant to flame you, I just didn't want to start a new thread about it.
To answer your question, I could possibly forsee him replacing the touch panel but I would never expect him to. I wouldn't even ask him to replace the entire screen.
Again, this wasn't to you, just to people in general.

i have already thought about everything you said many times, i am still debating on calling him, I know its not his fault. i was just thinking mabe i can pay for shipping and have the panel replaced and pay for parts (panel). It shouldnt be too spendy since I wont need the controller.
