I can load the touchscreen dirvers but the touch screen don't work for love nor money. Never worked for me.

Didn't they say that they test them before they are sent out. Maybe they just hook them to a dvd and see if there is a pic.

Yeah ive been thinking that myself and wondering how they missed my red not working, cos its imposible it could have worked on another comp

Well he is a bit more info on how the thing works for those who want to get into it and go this far into the spec's of the controller chip for vga, the chip is made by NOVATEK and the number is NT68320F, i have the web page with the data specs on the link below, its quite impressive actually, but its a shame we dont have an eprom burner nor the eprom software to use or change half of its capabilities.Maybe we could change those pic's that keep poping up after all lol.

Hi all,

Is all of this waiting for the Liliput worth it?? What with all the problems people are having with faults and delivery times/shipping issues bit makes me want to go buy a Xenarc as these are in stock at the manufactures!!

Maybe a bit more money and not as bright but has proved itself so far in the carputer world but it seems the best out there at the moment until another manufacturer brings a better one out.

Seems my touchscreen doesn't work either. Windows detects it for about a second or two, then it goes away

And I've got a single pixel that's permanantly red -- it's near a corner so if that was the only problem I could live with it but it's not

Shame really because it's a great little screen other than that!

My touchscreen doesn't work as well. The screen has lots of glare and it is definitely not 400nit. It is not even as bright as my 250nit samsung. I also get that spooky image. It looks like a burnt in image from extended use. I have a feeling that it's a refurbished lcd. Any one has input on that?

Has anybody heard from Dave at DSCUSTOMS? I'm starting to get a little worried, it says he hasn't posted since the 13th. I have close to $400 tied up with him? Am I alone in this? Dave if you're out there show us a sign, let us know you're still alive

Didn't you save that little triangular card on a string attached to your monitor, with the Chinese writing on it?

That's the quality control card...you're supposed to send it back to China after you've checked it out an OK'd everything.

I have a feeling they may be in a bit of a rush to get these out, and WE are their QC dept.

I hope Armen, etc. checks this out before he ships them out to customers. I really don't want to have to deal with this kind of thing.... I have been patient enough waiting for it

Impossible that a lcd can get burn in peoples, only crt and plasma get burn in cos they have phosforus in them, i doubt very much that these are refubished units, i think just a rush out of over orders and as others have stated we are the QC for the time being, as for my little QC card i take it as a suviner lol, it is impossible some one checked my lcd, and if they did they surley dont see red.

im in the same boat your in.... waiting waiting waiting, its already past the supposed ship date(i know these things take time, but id like a heads up), now where is my screen? and where is my partial refund? this is starting to look sketchy...
