Just to be sure, has ANYONE got a touchscreen Lilliput? I've now been told that I'll have them here within 2 weeks, and I hope it's true. I'm not going to presell any units, other than the ones promised to original customers. I'm hoping I'll have them before this other seller does.

Hey Mike, I dont have frequency equivalent on my display settings its just - or + on both V and H both are on - thats how mine works under ATI display settings not windows settings no powerstrip installed hope that hepls you.

Ok,
For some odd reason I can't get mine to work properly in VGA mode. I always have a scrambled screen or it says Over Range. I emailed extreme audio for the possibility of this being a defective unit.

change your refresh rate and/or resolution to one the monitor supports

Do you have any other Laptop or Desktop you can try it on? Its Working fine on my Desktop with just XP Display drivers without ATI control panel, try to uninstall the control panel that comes with your video card .

Did you have to do anything special to get it to work, I get scrambled screen or Over Range.

Hi jeseyboy3, have you tried getting sound out of the built in speaker while in VGA mode, I read in another thread it only works on Video 1 and 2! is this true? Please try and get back to us! Thanks!

That's good to hear. I was beginning to get worried about my order since I bought on the 5th and haven't heard anything about my order. I just emailed Ray tonight to find out the status. Hopefully they will be shipping out tomorrow so I can have the monitor to install this weekend!

Just got a reply from Ray:

"Dear Sir or Madam,

We are writing to inform the latest information about the touch screen monitors.

If you are not buying the touch screen version, please ignore this email.

Due to an accident in the shipment from the manufacturer to our warehouse, we could not send the touch screen monitors on time. We had already sent out notifications to all the touch screen buyers, if you didn’t receive the notice we would like to apologize in any case.

We had immediately ordered more from the manufacturer, however due to the high demand for the touch screen version of the monitors the manufacturer was out of stocks as well.

We have just received final confirmation that they will be able to supply the touch screen monitors on 22th October. We would like to re-confirm your decision:

1) We will ship them as soon as we receive the monitors from the manufacturer (with an extra headrest bracket as a gift), and if they fail to supply them on 22th October, we will refund the full amount automatically.

2) We will offer the full refund now, and notify you again when we are ready to ship.

3) We will refund 35 USD/ 22 GBP upgrade fee and send out the standard version instead.

If you choose to get a refund of the full amount or the upgrade fee, please send me an email titled “refund touch screen” with your Paypal email ID, full name on Payment and date of payment in order to get the refund promptly.

Sorry for the inconvenience."

Sounds like the run-around.

Hello

We are writing to inform the latest status of the XGA monitors.

Due to the high demand of the touch screens, currently we have the
(non-touch screen) standard version in stock only. We have just shipped out
all the touch screen units (over 100 pieces to buyers who had made payment
before 5th October) and we need to wait for the next shipment. The
manufacturer has confirmed that the supply of the touch screens will return
to normal after 22nd October.

We would recommend buyers to place orders after 22nd October.

Ya I got the same e-mail about I have to wait for the 22nd now.. How come some people are getting them, and some aren't till later?

Is anyone "actually" getting them???
