Lilliput internals - size of actual screen? - first post:)

Hiya all, this my first post here

As subject.... I'm looking into ordering a Lilliput touchscreen and have a question or two....

What is the size of the screen itself when out of its case?

Is the touch panel simply glued to the front of the screen?

Thanks

Scott

I'll be tearing apart my LCD this weekend and doing complete measurements and pinouts - will post on website.

I imagine the touchscreen is held on the LCD with double stick tape, which is what I saw back in 93-95 when I was developing a touchscreen product.

So, anyone yet measured the actual screen size yet? Presuming that is the largest item in it and the VGA board is smaller of course.........

The touch screen is not attached in any way. It just sits in front of the LCD. I hope mine still works after the crack I heard earlier.
