Is this screen TFT?

I have emailed the seller and he says it is TFT, however should I believe him. Does anyone else have this screen?

Also it says:

Chromatic System: NTSC system

I'm in Australia and we use PAL is that a problem?

It is STN, even though it is in the TFT section. Am I right?
