Specs for small LCD

Does anyone know where I can find specs for this LCD screen

http://sales.goldmine-elec.com/prodinfo.asp?prodid=3682

The only thing written on them is "C85-P LPH7653 00477174" on the little plastic case.

Any help very much appreciated.

It is probably just a character display similar to this: http://www.matrixorbital.com/pages/p...=1&ProductID=8 but without the electronics to make it work. I would stay away if I were you.

I don't know anything about "pic", what would I need to do, can I not just connect the wires up to a parallel cable if I know the pin outs?
