Longer Lilliput cables

Is there such a thing?

It just seems more elegant to run one cable from the front to the trunk rather than separate USB and VGA cables.

Thanks!

I also am looking but so far all I can think of is to get a cable made at a local cable maker. Can't find one that has all the wires built in, so far. Would probably be best if it could be shielded. Might be cost prohibitive though??? Does anyone know of a ready made one? If so, let us know.
Thanks,
Gary

You can get anything custom but geez, I spent like $10 after shipping for a long hi-res kvm cable (vga plus 2 ps/2 cables that I can use for anything--even USB if I put the right connectors on) and another $7 for a beautiful 5m USB shielded cable from Frys. I then bought two micro USB hubs (eight ports total http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=31495) and have them in my glove box.

What do you power the hubs with or do you?
Thanks-
Rick

I ran two lines (5V, 12V) from my OPUS power supply to the front so that I could power my monitor and usb hubs. This way, my screen and ports only come on and off with the computer.

I took all my interior out and laid in insulation. When I did that, I was able to lay all my wiring down at once and cover it up. There is no going back now!
