Here's my LCD mounted in the 2DIN slot. I relocated the buttons to the console around the screen. If you look close you can see 3 on the right and 2 on the left with the power led. My computer in the trunk outputs 4 channel audio from the Audigy to a 4 channel amp and I control volume with the Powermate.

I am guessing that installing the setup into a 1.5DIN slot is going to be darn near impossible... drat! More custom work!

the car's accesories line (the wire that would normally turn on your head unit), you run it straight to the amp, the only downside is if your key is in the car the amps are always on, which isnt an issue if u never turn your stereo off anyway

This is an old post i know ..... but hey i was wodnering in that pic.... is taht the griffen knob??? If it is .... it just sems bigger than i thought it'd be.
