Lilliput composite input flashing?

I just got my Lilliput from Extreme Audio Electronics today. Excellent screen, beautiful picture. BUT..when I hook my TV up to the composite in, the pickure flashes every few seconds on the screen. It will go to black for half a second, then back. And it's not the signal, because it's not doing it on the TV. I tried changing the NTSC settings on the Lilliput but it won't let me. Anyone else heard of this?

Make sure that the USB (video connectors) plug in tightly. Some times if it is not plugged in good it will do that.
