I have got to the part of display. The problem is: I don't want to spend much money on the display. I plan to use voice control for most work, like playing music, GPS navigaition, etc. And, for configuration purpose, I can park my car in the garage, and use my home pc to remote configure my carputer. So I guess that I rarely need to read text from my carputer. ( I am not that crazy to surf the web on the road!
) Basically, I just want something to show videos, pictures, and GPS maps.
Now, what I want to know is: how does a 7in tft sunvisor work for GPS maps? I know they can do videos well. I just wonder if the GPS maps are useable on such display. I don't depend much on the display, but it's good to be useable. And I also want to know how bad it really is to display text on it. Anyone who used those tft lcds pls give some advice. Thanks.
