I was wondering how long I can have my LCD on? I noticed that it starts getting hot, will anything happen to it?

What is the longest time you guys ever had it on?

I dunno, but I've been wondering the same thing. I plan to add a fan behind mine to cool it.

When setting my system up i left it on overnight with no problems.

I usually left my PC and Xenarc 700TSV on for days at a time. The longest was 4 days straight with no problems. It's the first generation screen so even if the PC turns off the monitor, the screen is still on.
