"Touch kit" killed my device manager.

Looking for anyone who can help me figureout what happened and how to fix it.

I received my Lilliput touch screen and installed drivers that I downloaded from www.egalax.com. Finally the touch worked and life was good. Then I attempted to update a different driver and learned that I couldn't open device manager it said system32\devmgmt was missing or corrupt. I replaced the file and got the same error message. I reimaged the harddrive to make sure the problem didn't exist prior to installing the Touchkit. The device manager worked fine, so I reinstalled the TouchKit and the same thing happen. In addition it also won't let me do a find or search.

Mini-ITX 533 Eden
512MB Ram
48GB LT HD
XP Home
USB = KBD & Mouse
Any ideas?

I have done so much on setting up everything on that harddrive that I'd hate to dump it. The problem seems to be that anything I try to run with a .MSC extention won't run. I tried to do a Windows repair and it won't except my admin password.

I checked out your website, what does that power supply you used go for?

Specialist...do a search for Lilliput drivers on this board....I believe this is a common problem.
