LCD custom panel

I'm looking for a website or somewhere that makes custom aftermarket panels to fit LCD's into the existing dash (possibly in place of the HU and AC controls would be moved). I saw this on one of the featured site off VIA's ITX portion of the site. They put custom wood grain around their LCD in a Jetta. If anyone knows of somewhere to get this I'd appreciate some links or something. I have done searching already, but haven't come up with anything that helps.

I have a couple cars that I'm thinking of puting it into. The first is a 96' Civic, and the other possibility is an 03' Corolla S. Also, I'm thinking of doing some for other people, so im looking for a good source.
