Gerard,

I've been looking for a solution to this for a while with no luck. I tried some tinted plastic covers from Office Depot (here are some pictures ). It help tremendously with glare, but also block out much of the brightness and crispness of the display. Some have recommended going to a photo store and getting some polarizing film, which I have not yet tried.

Let us know if you come up with a solution, because many people have complained about this.

I just installed my lilliput and discovered the glare problem as well. I did a search and read over some info.. Anyone have any good solutions that will keep the touchscreen available? A friend just recommended getting some sort of glare filter (like for a monitor) and velcro-ing/hinging it to the lcd so it can be lifted for access to the touch screen. How much effect do these filters have on touchscreens, i.e. can it be used through a filter?

i made my liliput in a indash housing for the tidyness of the install.
no wat i would velcro something in front of it.
