what it the polarity for the xenarc power cord?

I bought a screen off of digitalww which is not the xenarc screen but it's an open panel GAIN screen which is basically the guts of a xenarc screen. I have to make my own cable for this though. I wanted to know if anyone knows what's the polarity for the power connector? Is the inside + or negative and the outide vice versa? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Also, tie a 3 amp fuse in line with it. (Might as well since your making the cable)
