TM-701L DigitalWW or MP3 Player Store

What are the differences between the regular TM-701L that DigitalWW ($245 shipped) sells and the one that Mp3 Player Store ($209 shipped) sells, besides the price?

Has anyone bought their TM-701L from Mp3 Player Store? Is it the same Panasonic monitor that DigitalWW sells?

Thanks in Advance,
Jacob

Yes, but does anyone know for a fact that they are the same?

Also, if I don't want to hook this up to a computer, would this be fine to hook up to an xbox or a dvd-player?
