its just a known problem... its a one-guy operation and sometimes he just gets behind with life

Thanks for the link! I found this thread by Googling, but the thread you listed is a bit more robust.

Guess I'll order an EBY701 off Amazon (and dispute the DWW credit card charge on Monday). I wish mp3car store carried it!
