Motorized In-dash VGA Touch Screen 7"?

On digitalww you will find a product called VGA LCD Module. It contains a Panasonic LCD panel, VGA + Video Controller, VGA Cable, Controller to LCD cable, Inverter, Inverter Cable, Touch Screen Kit.

Now the monitor I have which is a 7" Motorized In-Dash TFT- LCD AV monitor. ( link to its stats below )

Replace all the parts in the In-Dash LCD with the parts from the VGA LCD Module and install the touch screen.

Correct me if im wrong here, but to me it looks like you now have a Motorized In-dash VGA Touch Screen 7".
