lilliput screen no vga signal

friend has a screen that he took apart, now the vga mode has no signal, i check to see if the soldering of the wires came undone, they are all intact. I tried my cable on his screen and same problem still. where can he send it to to be fixed? or anyother options before it hits ebay.

if it says no signal then one of the wires in the connectors is not connected. Check your wires again. Maybe its the wiring between the VGA controller and the plug you mentioned.

If it hits ebay, let me know. I'll wanna experiment with it.
