Multiple Screens? Larger Screens?

I was wondering how to use multiple screens? How many can I do? They don't have to display different video. Do you have to buy a dual tuner VGA Card? Can you split a VGA cord and have two outputs. I was also wondering if anyone knew of a larger TFT LCD Screen that will work with the carpc? I have seen the 8" but I was wanting a 12-14" LCD TFT? Or maybe some screens that are not touch screen in 12-14".

You can buy TFT LCD touchscreens in almost any size. Just depends on what how much money you want to shell out.

For multiple monitors you can get a VGA Splitter. However you will be tied to go with whatever the maximum resolution is on your smallest monitor. If you use an NTSC/PAL screen you will be tied to 640x480. I would reccomend going ALL VGA screens.

Also these things have been talked about recently so please in the future use the search first 8 )

If your diplaying the same video you can either use a dual display capable video card or just buy a VGA splitter, there should be no limit on how many you could split to, but each split will degrade the signal with the more you add. Do a search on http://www.pricewatch.com for a VGA splitter. Check out http://www.earthlcds.com for lots of lcd screens.

You just need to power the screen from the car's 12 volts to get it to work in the car.
