Take time to read their feedback which tells a story.

I'm not sure what they've been up to as eBay had suspended their accounts (that's what the Not a registered user bit is about). I did buy a tv tuner to video out off i-shop without any problems, but only found out what the Not a registered user was all about after I had paid as eBay notified me. mini-uk is pushing me to complete the feedback, but I'll hold back for a while so I can test the tuner properly first.
