what's the best simplest product for taking the VGA out from a computer and running it to several displays?

if they all take vga then you can get a vga splitter online. its the same concept as going into a computer store and they have 10 monitors showing the same image. All the ones i've seen need a power source.. they all take dc power though.. just not sure if its a 12v or not since i never looked. They generally come with those ac-dc converter bricks that plug into the wall

Depends, if you want to mirror the displays ie all showing the same picture then get a splitter or make one. If you want them to show diffrent information then you will need two video cards or one card with dual heads.
