I have had what may be similar problems.. not sure though.. it seems that when the computer is powered off for a long enough time, the touchscreen stops working with windows.
Post Link I can't figure out if it is a software/driver issue or a hardware issue. I've since put figuring it out/sending back to hong kong on hold. Please let me know if you have any success. It feels very much like a driver issue becuase a reinstall of the drivers temporarily fixes it. I've been using the drivers provided by Extreme Audio's website, as well as the ones that came on the cd with the unit, same sort of symptoms..
