Where is the best place to get a no touchscreen lilliput

Hey im looking for a place to get a no touchscreen lilliput. I see there are a few on ebay for like $220 from HK, but I figure if you can get a touchscreen lilliput for like $250 shipped I should be able to find one without for around $200 shipped?

They originally charged an extra $25 for the touchscreen version, so $220 sounds about right.

curious, though, why dont you want a touchscreen?
