10.4"+ Monitors Help
I need help finding the right monitor source.
Here are the requirements:
10.4" ~ 13.2"
Wall Mounting Option
640x480+ Resolution
250+ nits brightness
Readily available
Cost less than $600
Allbrite ones seem to be out of the picture now. Datalux is outrageously expensive. Panoview has no wall mounting option.
Thanks for helping.

No touchscreen so why a 10.4"-13"? You can get a 15"-17" lcd from about anywhere for under $600.

That was the first thing considered.
Unfortunately, 15" may be too big. 10.4" would be perfect for the task. 12.1" wouldn't be bad either. 7" was proven to be too small.

So what are we trying to accomplish. Knowing what it is going to be used for might make the search easier.

It needs to display important information to the driver, such as destination address, important messages, etc. No driver input is necessary.
7" was fitted and proven to be too small to see that info. It was decided that a 10.4" would be perfect for the task; 12.1" wouldn't be bad either, but 15" would be an overkill and may have installation complications.

I looked through their site a few times already. I haven't seen a monitor that would work well for this purpose.

another option if you miss the first one - NO way these things go over 300-350....i would be surprised if that first one gets much above $300 at all.
anyway, good luck

The thing is, I need a source where I can get those in high qty.
The pricing Datalux gave me was out of this world.

For now, that's a "consulting project." Qty is yet unknown, but they need more than a dozen.
Resolution must also be 800x600 or better.
I know this much:
"It needs to display important information to the driver, such as destination address, important messages, etc. No driver input is necessary."
I guess I'll have to check with EarthLCD again.
