Like jusatry said. The link only takes you to the main store.
Check the dimensions of the actual screen size and compare it to the specs of the touch screen you want to install. That should tell you wether its possible to install the overlay onto the monitor

Sorry guys the link is for the in-dash screen that I am looking at, I am really wondering if I can install any touch overlay and is it worth it? Is lilliput better? I would really like an in-dash screen and the requirements to covert a lilliput screen seem to be beyond my skills.

If you are running GPS you will definitely need a VGA screen, therefore standatd TFT's will not be good enough. go for a lilliput or Xenarc.

What kind of quality do you get with RCA vs. VGA. On my home TV with video out from my computer it doesn't seem too bad, does it really look terrible? Like if you compare

What is the quality diff? Is the picture above with the TSK?

If you wear glasses, take them off and look at your computer screen, that (depending on your prescription) is still probably better than looking at RCA.
If you don't wear glasses, borrow someone esle's and try the same thing.
