VW/Audi OEM Nav screen

Does anyone know what brand the OEM VW/Audi navigation systems screens are? The Nav systems are made by Blaupunkt/Bosch but I would like to know which company makes the lcd's.
A lot of the components in the systems are made by Hitachi and NEC so i guess it would be one of these 2 but I couldn't find any information on this.

Hi----we support OEMs & CMs with LCDs and we have a customer looking for panels for navigation. The part#s provided to me to get for him are LTA065B090D or LTA065B091D. Hope this helps.
